This house is actually pretty similar to what I imagined my house would look like when I first got into architecture [the big windows and high ceilings mostly].
The corrugated steel for the garage area looks pretty neat.
A good amount of lighting here …
… polished hardwood floors …
… and a combination of textures is perfect for the Mount Ishizuchi house.
The product designer describes this contraption as a massive box made of wooden planks containing 12 fluorescent light bulbs and stacks of cords and markers.
In effect, the lamp functions as an inside out chandelier.
Not a bad concept I admit … it certainly aids in shedding light on an idea [hah!].
