Jonah Takagi designed this lamp for the upocoming imm cologne exhibit [where they showcase furniture/home interiors … from the future! Oh wait, that’s *of* the future].
There’s a bit of steel, some aluminum, finished off with some enamel in the construction.
The cord comes out of one of the legs in the base. For some reason that’s really awesome to me.

This lamp is massive! I would love to have a big shaggy area rug underneath with a banging sound system, laptop, turntables, mini fridge, bean bag chairs, and game consoles.
That way, I’d never have to move [much].

Marta Wajda created these fluffy looking night-lights for kids. I wonder if the SoundCloud / MobileMe offices will buy a couple of these.
Actually, any cloud hosted service should have these around [great decor I think].
